In 1981 the JJ Hyde Company was born our of the love of
building beautifully designed and exceptionally manufactured
furniture. We have been a success in the furniture manufacturing industry
for over 23 years now, and in today's turbulent times of manufacturing, that
says a lot. When our company first started we designed for the times, we found that
our customers were looking for traditional leather and contemporary styles in furniture.
In the last six years we noticed that design trends were changing. Our customers were simplifying their lives, making sacrifices for a spouse to stay home again with children, looking to the home to be their nest and home office. That's where we saw a changing need in our industry. So, our main focus became comfort, style & quality. We decided that we would build furniture for today's casual living. We found that combining the casual comfort of home with the styles of today and the quality of our designs, we had a hit. Our clean lines, simple fabrics and the quality of the JJ Hyde Company urban loft look was going to dominate the scene.
We know that we might not have the largest name in the business, but we don't care. We are making great styles and will continue to do so. We are proud that when our customers get their furniture there are no problems and they love it. If we are really lucky they tell a friend about us. That's what works for us here at the JJ Hyde Company.
