KILN DRIED HARDWOOD FRAMES: All our upholstered frames are manufactured on site from
select kiln
dried North American maple and poplar hardwoods. Each piece is constructed using the finest furniture
manufacturing techniques including heavy duty stitches, double-doweled joints and perfectly fit corner
blocks make
these frames as solid as a rock.
TEMPERED STEEL SPRINGS: All seat platforms and backs use a highly engineered system of
tempered
steel springs and integrated ceross wires. This makes our furniture extremely comfortable, while
assuring
your pieces a long, trouble-free life. Eight-way Hand Tied also available.
COMFORTABLE CUSHIONS: The medium firm "Ultra-Cell" polyurethane core in our
standard cushions
means you'll relax the moment you sit down. Or upgrade inexpensively to our "Duraplush"
cushion. These
are down blend cushions, with our Duraplush down blend surrounding a smaller Ultra-Cell core, for
the
ultimate in seating comfort.
2.0 HIGH DENSITY: The weight of on a cubic foot of foam is its density. The higher the density the
better
surface softness and deep down support the foam will have. Do not be fooled by some high density foams,
they may be
weighed with sand and are not quality foam cores. Our foam is pure and not sand weighted.
